Since Jacob was born, we've been lucky to have several family members come out to Knoxville to meet him.
First, I want to give a shout out to Thomas's sister Emily who stayed with us for 2 weeks starting a few days before my due date. I don't know what we would've done without her! She spent an ENORMOUS amount of time playing with Jamie and taking him to story time or preschool or the park so that his schedule wasn't interrupted and he never had a chance to feel neglected. We can't say thank you enough!!
My brother Mark and his family came up from Atlanta to meet their new nephew/cousin. We had a really fun day! The big kids had a lot of fun playing together, and the girls all loved holding Jacob, especially Abigail. It is always great to see Mark and Sarah!

Notice how Abigail had her hands on him in every picture? She couldn't get enough. It was so cute!

Christine didn't know quite what to make of him, but she loved grabbing his feet, giving him blocks, and trying to sit in his bouncy seat.
Thomas's parents were able to come and spend Easter weekend with us. They were here for 3 days and got to spend a lot of time holding the baby and playing with Jamie. We also really enjoyed getting to spend Easter with family!
the boys shared an Easter basket
It was impossible to get a good picture of Jamie with the basket because his mouth was perpetually full of chocolate or jelly beans!
Jamie's face when he realized the bunny was solid chocolate and all for him.
Jacob's first Easter!
Jamie and his chocolate bunny. It didn't last long.
Grammy, Papy, Daddy, and Jamie went to the zoo while Jacob and I relaxed at home. Jamie loved meeting the Easter bunny!
We had a little Easter egg hunt in front of our building.
and we had a very nice Easter dinner together.
We've loved having all these visitors! It's been so nice to see everyone. Anyone else who wants to come out and visit and meet the baby, feel free :)
