So while I was putting Jamie to bed tonight, he told me at various times that E. M. Forster, Mommy, Daddy, Jamie, his milk, and the curtain had written the Declaration of Independence. Now I'm listening to him chatter to himself over the baby monitor, and he very clearly just said, "Jamie read Howards End!"
He cracks me up.

ReplyDeleteJamie's mind is obviously filled with a lot of info, some of which he's not really old enough to understand entirely, but he's obviously smart enough to remember it and to understand whatever parts he's old enough for! And he obviously easily memorizes things such as the names of presidents and the names and locations of the states etc etc etc etc etc! Good job Jamie, or as Annie might say, nice work (everyone - i.e., Jamie and his parents)!
Maybe he did read Howard's End.
